Shipping Policy

All items are shipped through USPS or UPS. Our processing time is 2-4 business days. Meaning your order will take 2-4 business days to prepare your order. Shipping time takes 1-5 business days to reach you once it leaves us. (PREORDERS can take up to a total of 14 business days to process) After your items are shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email that was provided with purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

BossyQualityHairCo. is not responsible for any packages once items are shipped. If you do not receive your package/your package states it has been delivered and you didn’t receive it, you must contact carrier and file a claim. 

 

Return/Exchange Policy

No returns/ Exchanges. Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our behalf. To be eligible for an exchange it must also fall under our policy. If there’s a problem with your order and you need an exchange, please contact us at 1bossyqualityhairco@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 48 hours after your package was received. Exchanged items must be in same condition as received, along with original packaging. Once return is received and inspected we will notify you with approval or rejection. Absolutely no return or exchanges if hair ties has been removed. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Cancellations

If you decide that you no longer want to purchase the hair, you have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel and receive a refund.
